Hi Thomas, I'm guessing you're an IBMer from the description of your Sametime client.
You are using an IBM internal version of Sametime called Sametime Gold +1, the regular going public that access this forum have a very different client to you., without the plugins with the IBM logo and Sametime news etc.
I would suggest you use the internal IBM W3 website to contact the internal IBMers that run and maintain Sametime and ask them your question. I am not sure how many if any hang out in this forum, so really this won't be the best channel to get help on the IBM internal version of Sametime.
